What do “women” mean to me? (Short Interview)
Women have the right to take on highly demanding tasks that people suppose they should not, and of course when they wisely decide to try their best, to lean in, to fail, to start again, and maybe to give up. In the end, women always choose to move on.
𝟭. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝘆?
Each woman has their extraordinary stories. A 70-year-old woman who has devoted over 8 years to traversing Vietnam to portray Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, teaching me about what freedom really means. A 55-year-old woman who spent her whole life taking care of her family shows me how true love really is. Another woman coped with death because of cancer, and she teaches me it is okay to be fragile… Oops, I can’t tell you all (smile). Yes, women inspire me to accept myself for the way I am, respect differences between people from different backgrounds, and be proud of the “treasures” I possess.
𝟮. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂?
I think women in future generations would confront the biggest challenge of becoming a leader in their life. A variety of old and new prejudices, perspectives, expectations, responsibilities surround women today…What will they decide for their life journey? The more options they have, the more they have to understand their own self and make a choice. Being a female millennial, I hope all women will embrace the freedom of being a woman and decision-making before striving for leading the world.
𝟯. 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲? 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝘆?
The assumption is that women can’t do things that men can and vice versa. Once again, what will women choose to do? They have the right to take on highly demanding tasks that people suppose they should not, and of course when they wisely decide to try their best, to lean in, to fail, to start again, and maybe to give up. In the end, women always choose to move on. Therefore, you guys – men and women yourselves, please help your beloved women let go of any fears and empower them to conquer what they want to do.

Women are extremely important to all of small or large home and are a core part of the world. To me, a woman – my mom is all things of me, she always take care of her husband, children and also her family’s husband. Although she has been working day by day, year by year, she has stil run her home very well. Sometimes, the life gives her a lof of terrible difficulties, I hardly saw her tears. She is always strong, persistent to face to challenges so that I love my mom so much and approciate women’s strength, efforts and abilites. Thanks for all.
